Documentation localization workflow

English is the only published source language for now. French creator documentation must not be released as an unreviewed machine translation, especially for safety, moderation, privacy, copyright, account recovery, or publishing terms.

Stable source

The generated registries define component, property, event, capability, error, limit, asset, and version names. The creator glossary defines ordinary-language synonyms. A source page is ready for translation only after its public terms and examples remain stable for one release line.

Required review

  1. Record source revision and API version badges.
  2. Translate task meaning, not identifiers such as player_touched or score.add.
  3. Have a fluent human creator review clarity in Workshop context.
  4. Have the responsible policy owner review safety/legal pages separately.
  5. Run link, heading, code-block, and generated-symbol parity checks.
  6. Publish both languages together or keep the French page unavailable; never show a stale partial policy as current.

No reviewer or policy owner is currently assigned, so French publication remains blocked rather than mislabeled as complete.
